Where I've put this work into practice.

Apexis is a sponsorship agency that connects communities and creators with sponsorship partners, handling the coordination between both sides from first contact through to a signed deal.

As Server Head, I hold the top server position at Apexis and I'm responsible for day-to-day server operations — structure, permissions, and keeping the server organized as it grows.

I work alongside the wider team to keep sponsorship workflows moving smoothly, and I manage operational relationships within the server, including an ongoing working relationship with Noren.

The role combines the same two things I focus on everywhere: solid technical structure, and operations that run predictably.
